[Pangloss] Pangloss-0.02 available

Hi all,

Pangloss 0.02 is available at:

	http://staging.quiup.com/perl/Pangloss-0.02.tar.gz

The main reason for this distinction is for the lack of 
backward-compatibility with stored objects - I figured it was best to 
implement this change (a standardization) before releasing the codebase 
on CPAN.  Sorry for any inconveniences.

Also, the Changes file is now in effect.  The log from this distro:
