[Pangloss] status update 15/05/2003

Hi all,

This week sees the other editors beginning to fall into place.  They're 
still not at 100% (for example, you can't update term statuses yet, 
error reporting is minimal,  there's no way to see the removed users 
list, etc...), but they're certainly on their way.  This week's 
distribution is available at:
