[multikulti-tech] unable to display chinese in English version of window 98

Message = My os is win98 english version.Always any chinese word is unable to display or input correctly.I have tried various methods,but none of them are efficacious. (also followed the steps on the first page's instruction from you)and including window update, added all of chinese display/input support;changed the setting of region language. It seems no use.
