[multikulti-tech] Characters not displaying properly

Message = The Arabic text on your sample page displayed as it should, but on certain sites and e-mails what is presumably intended to read as Arabic text displays as nonsense characters. I run Windows XP and have Arabic language support installed. Any suggestions as to a possible solution?
