[multikulti-tech] I need assistance with my Microsoft Office 2000

Message = Well first of all I have Windows XP but I have Microsoft Office 2000. I have downloaded a GLobal IME for Traditionial Chinese but my command windows and Word fonts are still looking like big rectangles.
I have tried changing the Microsoft Office to run Arial Multi Font thing, but no help. plz send me info on how to be able to display command windows and write chinese fonts. Thank You for your time
