[multikulti-tech] Chinese characters not displayed

Message = I am using IE6 on Win98. Both IE and Win have the latest updates.

Chinese characters are not displayed except on the Chinese Help page where the word 'Chinese' is displayed correctly. The encoding used by IE is UTF-8. 

I tried several times to download a copy of the 'AR KaitiM' fonts file but this did not work. Each time a dialog box was displayed saying "Getting File Information' and nothing happened.
