[MKSearch-dev] Unification of DC terms with standard elements

This change would include the standard 15 elements in the DC terms 
namespace, so all properties can be referred to under the same 
identifier. It looks likely to be adopted.

MKSearch already does a similar thing because of the dot qualifier 
markup scheme of the original DC in HTML recommendation. This change 
would require some amendments to the schema processing logic to 
accept a DC or DCTERMS prefix on any metadata.
