[MKSearch-dev] Week 20 round up

A short week, this one -- just today. I've been picking through the 
nitty gritty of e-GMS version 3.0 and application profile, building a 
draft UKeGMS Schema class. Found a few errors in the specifications, 
which I've reported, and identified new properties that are not fully 
documented. Need to test thoroughly, especially fall-back to standard 
DC schemas.
