[MKSearch-dev] Usability feedback on MKDoc

I've just been updating a lot of my notes to MKDoc. These things 
occurred frequently.

Delete this content immediately under the text/html input area. The 
tendency is to hit this rather than the modify content button further 
down.

The error message when you don't specify the number of documents to 
list on a headlines section doesn't indicate this is the problem. I 
had to guess.

The sort order for documents in a section is not reflected in the 
sort order of the section index, only the side bar.

The CSS for code elements has an inline border, which is rather 
overpowering. See my new section on Research.
