Best not to bother using entities and just use UTF-8, if you want to
use entities then you could use XHTML entities:

  http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml-modularization/dtd_module_defs.html#a_xhtml_character_entities

If you don't have a decent UTF-8 editor then UniPad and UniEdit are
probably the best things on Windows.
