Adam explained how to do it and I see you have it working.

Personally I'd have done it the other way around -- if George wants to
edit his poem he can't with the current information architecture, if the
poem was at:

  http://www.boothcentre.org.uk/centre-people/george/my-poems/a-garden-poem/

and linked to from here:

  http://www.boothcentre.org.uk/overview-of-work/activities/gardening/

then he would have editor rights over his own poem.
