Well the list archive is fairly crap and doesn't have mailto: hyperlinks
for replies (unlike the W3C archives at lists.w3.org which is great in
this respect), so unless you can manually add a References header to the
mail I suppose that threading will get broken.

All (but one) of the default templates 'hide' links by default, links
only show up when the Title is repeated in a HTML or Text component.

The exception to this is when using the 'default inline links'
template.

We realise that this is confusing and the plan is to have a List
Component (some ideas here:
http://testers.mkdoc.com/ideas/components/list/) and do away with the
different templates that we have at the moment.
