[MKDoc-modules] [BUG] MKDoc::Text::Structured - lines consisting entirely of whitespace

This is not really a MKDoc::Text::Structured bug, but it could be
made to handle this situation better.  For some reason my system
often pastes text with whitespace between paragraphs:

---

This is one paragraph.

This is another paragraph.

---

This somehow becomes this text string:

"\nThis is one paragraph.\n            \nThis is another paragraph.\n"

..which gets converted to a single <p> html structure:

    <p>This is one paragraph.
    
    This is another paragraph.</p>
