[MKDoc-modules] [FEATURE REQUEST] remove tag contents

hi,

if you're using MKDoc:XML::Stripper's disallow on say a nasty iframe
like so:

<iframe>spam spam spam</iframe>

you'd end up with:

spam spam spam

could we nuke the spam too (ala petal replace)? this is useful on a
variety of other elements too, including: head, style, script.

i don't know if this new option should be a global one or element
specific. (i haven't thought about it enough.)
