[MKDoc-modules] [INFO] MKDoc::XML::Stripper config files

hi all,

i'm working on adding support for the config files for
MKDoc::XML::Stripper. so far i've completed html 4.01:

- strict,
- transitional, and
- frameset

and i'm reading through the xhtml 1.0 dtds to do the next three...

dtd reading is no fun, but it's fun pointing out omissions[1]. :)
