hi,

if you have the following:

<p foo="bar">hello world</p>

the stipper gives:

<p>hello world</p>

excellent, but if you don't quote the attribute:

<p foo=bar>hello world</p>

you should get the same. i get:

<p>foo=bar>hello world</p>

(and, no, i can't run it through tidy first, because the html is from word and
so mangled that even tidy fails.)
