None, other than tinkering with the perl library search order, but
this would be fragile and interfere with the namespace of other
MKDoc hosts on the same system.

By default mkdoc uses the $MKD__PLUGIN_LIST environment to load the
plugin list (typically $MKDOC_DIR/conf/{www,users}.conf), but it is
relatively easy to point to a custom version of either on a
site-by-site basis.

Usually we put these in $SITE_DIR/conf/{www,users}.conf, though they
could be anywhere on the system or shared between sites with similar
configurations.
