[MKDoc-dev] Events Component: Milestone 2 Complete

Hi

If the attached file is put in templates/component/timerange/ and
--timerange is added to the end of the body loop define like this:

  Body_Loop             self/components_list --text --html --image --photo --file --poll --discussion --headlines --rss --timerange;

in the templates/document/*/en.html files then the time range component
will show up on pages.
