David Has broken photo and image component in three ways so far:

- Uploading .bmp files

- Uploading .tiff files

- Uploading jpegs without .jpg or .jpeg file extensions

I expect that other users will make these same mistakes... all these
things could be fixed server side.

1. When .tiff or .bmp files are uploaded they could be converted to
   .png's

2. When file are uploaded without the correct file extension then these
   could be fixed.
