Ok, I've made that change.
I'd like to hear what other people think about the dateline, since
"20:00 GMT/BST" doesn't really make any sense. GMT/BST is generated
by strftime %Z, but its really a 'place' rather than a timezone - It
actually specifies two timezones, as BST is one hour ahead of GMT.
I've replaced it with %z which gives a numeric timezone offset,
though this is possibly less legible:
> (Nov 28, 2004 at 20:00 +0000 until Nov 28, 2004 at 22:00 +0000)
