Has the cron job for building the search index been set up?

I have not bee able to test the search engine because the form
action has been hard coded to the editor interface:

  action="http://editor.equality.leeds.ac.uk/ ...

If you use this code in the document templates then the action will
point to the correct interface in both cases:

  action="<% var name="Document:URI" %>search.html"
