Bruno,

As you can see, MySQL works well.
########################################################
localhost:~ # ps -ax | grep mysqld
 1532 pts/1 S 0:00 /bin/sh /usr/bin/safe_mysqld
 1545 pts/1 S 0:00 /usr/sbin/mysqld-max --basedir=/usr
--datadir=/var/li
b/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/localhost.pid --skip-locking
 1547 pts/1 S 0:00 /usr/sbin/mysqld-max --basedir=/usr
--datadir=/var/li
b/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/localhost.pid --skip-locking
 1548 pts/1 S 0:00 /usr/sbin/mysqld-max --basedir=/usr
--datadir=/var/li
b/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/localhost.pid --skip-locking
 1549 pts/1 S 0:00 /usr/sbin/mysqld-max --basedir=/usr
--datadir=/var/li
b/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/localhost.pid --skip-locking

localhost:~ # ls -l /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock
srwxrwxrwx 1 mysql daemon 0 Sep 16 13:13
/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

################################################################
I did the ls command for /var/lib/mysql and this was displayed:
######################################################
localhost:~ # ls -ld /var/lib/mysql
drwx------ 7 mysql mysql 4096 Sep 16 13:25 /var/lib/mysql
#####################################################
After I changed drwx------ to drwxrwxr-x I started Mozilla again with

http://editor.example.com

and this was displayed:

Would you like to add a new editor?
Editors ID Username Email First Name
Family Name Allow logins Actions
1 admin webmaster@example.com www.Example.com
            No Modify
2 mkdoc1 webmaster@example.com Abraham Olano
      Yes Modify Delete

#######################################################
I tested the editor functions by changing www.Example.com to
www.example.com. And this change was written to MySQL. I viewed the table with myPhpAdmin
(yes it also works).
#####################################################

Now I typed

http://www.example.com and later
http://admin.example.com

but got this error message:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@example.com and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Apache/1.3.20 Server at www.example.com Port 80

Maybe this is again a problem with permission and ownership or did i use the
wrong commands or I was logged in as root, might this be the problem?

By the way: In my second e-mail I asked what is the SU_DOMAIN?

PUBLIC_DOMAIN www.example.com
ADMIN_DOMAIN admin.example.com
SU_DOMAIN editor.example.com Right
?

Best regards
Friedrich
