[ecohost-mail1] Problems with mail1.ecohost.coop caused by two compromised accounts in two weeks

Hi

We are sorry to say that last night and this morning there were large
delays to email on mail1.echost.coop due to a compromised account being
used to send a large volume of spam.

This is the second time this has happened in the last two weeks and each
time the server has ended up on some blacklists which will have had
impact on other clients. In both cases blacklist delisting was requested
and updates about the server status has been posted to the status page:

We have put additional monitoring in place to ensure that if this
happens again we are alerted to the issue before it gets as bad. 

We would like to remind users of the mail server to ensure that you only
connect to it using secure devices -- an old Windows computer or Android
device which isn't updated and has been compromised with malware which
looks for email username and passwords was the suspected cause of both
of these incidents.
