We intend to shut this down because the web site can now be used to
send you email updates about new content that has been added to the
site.

will vary -- an email will only be sent of there is new material on the site

We have recently launched an Outsourcing and PPP Library on the CPS web
site which we are currently developing on a continuing basis.
