There are some things that need sorting out in 1.8 still... I'll try
to post the bugs we are aware of to the MKDoc-dev list... you might
be better off using 1.6 to start with...

Hmm, I'll test this on my machine to see if I can duplicate the
error.

You are logged on as a admin user when trying to access the
/.admin.userlist ?
