[MKDoc-dev] Using Apache::Dynagzip rather than mod_gzip

Hi

I the past we have tended to build apache 1.3.x with mod_gzip [1] and
use this for compressing content, this is a outadted way of doing this,
Apache::Dynagzip seems to be a more sensible way of doing it:

I don't know at what level it would make sense to intergrate this, or if
it's best done via the httpd.conf file, I'll do some experimenting...
