[MKDoc-dev] [BUG] 1.8 Copying or moving components select list shouldn't list versioned documents

Hi

When copying and moving documents one isn't given an option to chose a
parent document that is a versioned document and this should also apply
to copying and moving components -- at the moment one does get versioned
documents in the select list.
