[MKDoc-dev] [BUG] 1.6 and 1.8 hidden docs don't link to other hidden docs

Hi

If a document is hidden (eg it's name starts with hidden- or private-)
then it is confusing that automatic hyperlinking of child documents
doesn't work and that headline components don't list child documents, I
guess there are many other things that this also applies to like child
listing templates etc...

I can look at changing this so that hidden documents are listed if the
current document is a hidden document for headlines components etc but
for the automatic hyperlinking changes will be needed in a perl module
somewhere...
